All Framed Up - Please check out the updated info.

1741 E. Rosecrest is now all framed up and we are getting ready to list it again. I've updated the lower level floor plan and the inclusions posts, so please take a look. Feel free to review and ask questions. We are now including a hand full of upgrades that should make the house even better.

1743 Renderings

I went ahead and threw together these renderings for the design in progress for 1743 E Rosecrest Drive. Our architect James Carroll is also making a few changes to the floor plan that will allow another sitting room or den on the main level.

Optional Lower Plan: You might notice that there is a large area under the garage that is unused. James has also worked out a plan where the area under the garage, including the bedroom, becomes a large theater room. You could then carve out another bedroom where the pool table is showing in the recreation room.

Flooring: The flooring included in the list price is as follows.

Hardwood: Dining, Kitchen, Pantry, Mud Room, Entry, and Powder Room. (The small area in the living room between the stairs and the entrance to the master suite shown as hardwood will have carpet. Obviously this can be modified.)

About the Builder

Since graduating from architecture school at the University of Utah Zach Coverston has spent 10 years managing large construction project for some of the best general contractors in Utah including Big-D Construction, and Ascent Construction. He has worked on a great variety of multi-million dollar projects ranging from retail, to luxury high rise condos, to school remodels, to museums. A couple of projects that stand out are the Leonardo in Salt Lake City and Sushi Monster in Farmington.
